Q: Does Elite Holiday Decor carry liability insurance?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We take safety very seriously.
Q: Where do you buy your lights?
A: Most of our lighting is custom designed and manufactured by Elite Holiday Decor. We only use premium commercial grade LED lighting in our designs. Unlike the other guys we don't purchase cheap lights from the big box stores and charge you twice the price.
Q: Can I purchase lighting from you?
A: Yes! Our premium commercial grade Christmas lights are now available
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: There is no set answer to this question. The cost of design will vary based on desired design/elements, time of installation/removal, and overall size of the display. Contact us to get your free quote today.
Q: When should I start planning my display?
A: Immediately! Most customers began to contact us in July or earlier. Our calendar fills up quickly, contact us early to lock in your installation date.
Q: Do I need to be home for the installation?
A: No, you do not need to be home for exterior installations. Our professional installation crews can complete the installation regardless of your availability.
Q: What is included in my package?
A: Our packages include all lighting, hardware, timers, professional installation, service, scheduled removal, and storage for the full year.
How it works:
Our design professionals will work with you to create a striking display, fully customized to your property and style.
We provide premium, commercial grade LED, Elite Holiday Decor Brand lighting.
Our installation technicians will provide professional installation tailored to your property. Including custom cut light strands, extension cords, mounting clips, and timers.
Our technicians will service your lighting throughout the duration of the display.
At the end of the season we schedule a time to remove the decor.
We will then provide storage of your decor for the remainder of the year.
